If you are already a couple booked at Ocala, we highly suggest using design days! Make your wedding day vision a reality with the Design Day resource at Ocala Estate. During this session, our team will help you narrow down the crucial details for your wedding day and connect you directly with some of the finest vendors in the wedding industry. Let's bring your dream wedding to life, together.
Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled to give you an exclusive tour of the grounds and show you all the possibilities that could come with your big day at Ocala Estate. During the tour, you will receive the full Ocala Experience & get all of your questions answered. But first, please review the following before your tour: IMPORTANT information: *Your property manager will reach out to you for a final confirmation the day before the tour. Please make sure to respond so they know to be there. Otherwise, we will assume the tour is canceled if they do not hear from you. *When you arrive, drive towards the front of the house and park on the pavement off to the side of the house so you can see the grand allure of the Estate first hand. Please do not park on the grass. You will be further greeted by your delegated property manager to begin the tour. Our property address is: Ocala Estate 8599 Metter Rd Soperton, GA 30457 (*Please call the number listed below with any issues finding the location*) Below are a few tips to help prepare for your tour: Tip 1: Bring a notebook and pen to write anything you may want to remember! It's easiest to reflect once you're home and settled. Tip 2: Feel free to bring a parent if possible. We prefer to limit the tour to no more than 4 people or less to help eliminate distractions. This is merely a recommendation, not a requirement. Utilize the people you bring to the tour as extra hands for taking pictures, making notes, etc. while you focus on the information given during the tour. Tip 3: HAVE FUN!! During this potentially stressful and overwhelming period of planning and preparing, remember to have fun and enjoy the experience. It will be over before you know it! Enjoy!
